Hé Apple!

Yes! I like baking. Soooo I tried making Applebombs last week!
I would say "Appelbol" but that's so dutch...

I want to share this with you ;] 'Cause it's jummie.

Here we gooo!

Needs:
Apples
Puff pastry (square ones)
Sugar (I prefer light brown sugar)
Vanille sugar
Butter

Step 0:
Get your apple!

Step 1:
Get your pastry out of the freezer NOW! 2 square pieces per bomb will do.

Step 2:
If you have a corer you have an easy task. Just core that thing!
I do not have it! So, cut the apple in two pieces and try to peel out the core yourself.

Step 3:
Grap some butter and fill one half of the apple where you just peeled out the core.
Fill the other half with sugar and place te two pieces of apple together.

Step 4:
Take your whole apple and lay it on a piece of pastry. Fold it around the apple. Then turn it over en put anothere piece of pastry over te other half. Make sure they cover the entire apple and stick the edges together.

Step 5:
I like this one...
Get loads of sugar. Roll your applebomb through the sugar or just smash it on there. It helps if you put your hands under the water and just make the pastry a little bit wet.
Make sure the entire thing is covered in sugar!

Step 6:
Scatter your bag with vanille sugar over it!

Step 7:
Put your bomb in the oven for 20 minutes or so. Just when you think it's edible.
(Yeah I have a weird oven!)

Extra (I know you like extra's) :
If you want it to be the best you've ever had, get some (hot) vanille sauce and pour it over greatly.
Vanille ice cream is also very nice with this hot delight.
But some whipped cream is delicious too! Whatever you like.

Omnomnommm.

I hope you enjoy this! I do...

Creativi-Tea

After a long blog-break. I'm totally recovering. I got the challenge to write about tea.
Tea is inspiration so that will do.

If some of you have a nice idea or challenge for me, let me know! I might make a blog about your subject...

--------

A cup of tea consists of a lot of different elements. You never know what the teabag will draw you this time. It's like a draw in the lottery.

Is it a good talk or a relaxing moment. A daydream or just a cup full of happiness. Take a cup of courage or pour yourself some luck.

It makes everything better. Life is like a cup of tea, it's all in how you make it.

A rainy sunday afternoon or a cup for every evening of the week. It doesn't matter.
Tea will always do.

My favourite tea has tags with little messages.

Tea for two.
It would be sad if you'd get that one when you're lonely and sad.

Funny thing is that the tags are always in place!

I'll always drink my tea with sugar. It makes me think about tea and personalities...
Does the way you drink your tea or your flavour reflects your personality?!
I would be sweet and fruity haha.

Tea is liquid wisdom.
Think about the good times and conversations you had with a cup of tea.

The only thing that makes tea even better is home baked cookies or muffins...

Share your best tea-moment with me and have a Beau-Tea-Full day!

The words on my paper.

Staring at a blank paper for a while and then just follow your own brain waves.
Picking up a pen and writing gives me the feeling I’m not thinking at that moment.

A moment later, look at the paper. Look at all the pages filled with words. The feeling of not thinking but still putting on paper what you think. Do you understand it?

I like writing about life and what I do and think about. Writing makes me understand my real feelings and thoughts I can’t come up with while sitting and thinking.

I write to find out what I’m thinking, to find out who I am. I can fill thousands of pages with my thoughts and things in the world but I can’t tell thousands of stories about it.

I write because I want to remember and words hold more truth than memories sometimes. The truth is always hard to tell and hear. I find my truth in writing.

To read the things I wrote in the past makes me smile. It makes me remember how I felt at that time. Go back into your own history. I still relate to words on old paper.

Words are just words, they get in my way. I can never say what I wanna say, who will understand it anyway? It’s such a waste. Papered Words explain what I can't say.

I think everybody is scared to say the things worth saying. I’m that afraid of saying it that I write it down. That way I’ll only have to find the courage to hand it over.

Write me the words that are left unsaid!
