Leave me alone, I'm lonely tonight.

Walking down the street , looking next to you and having nobody walk with you.

It's the reality that sometimes hits me here in Edinburgh on my lonely trip.

I feel really independent and free. It feels good to go your own way, all the time.

Never thought I would be the one saying that. I'm used to being together, always.

I'm really happy I went on this adventure. And made some great friends already.

Luckily I have found awesome people here and I can do Roller Derby with Arrg too.

The worst thing about friends here is the reality to losing them when you return.

Sometimes it feels like I'm living in another universe, I forget what I have at home.

It has been two amazing weeks. Glad I passed my own challenge and I learnt alot.

Cheers!

Escape?!

Yet another blog with the title Escape... You still reading?

Good.

My plans to escape came out a little bit different than planned. It's not much of an escape anymore.
But it is a great holiday and I gave myself a big challenge with it.

I will be leaving soon, to Scotland! My favourite place and festival there. I blabbered about backpacking and finishing it in Edinburgh. Well, I'm only going to Edinburgh!

Yes question...? "What's the challenge!?"
Let me tell you. I'm used to doing everything together. I enjoy it more. So the challenge for me here is in being alone. For one whole week.
The first week in Edinburgh I will be there on my own. I never went on holiday totally solo!

Help me? Please Blow me one last kiss!

I'm also going to skate in Edinburgh! I'll visit the Auld Reekie Roller Girls. Cause I'm addicted to Roller Derby, ofcourse, and can't do two weeks without my quads.

And as I'm still in the country, I'll be visiting the National Museum of Roller Derby and donate them some merchandise from our own Dom City Dolls!

Wait, go back. Two weeks?!
Yes! The second week I won't be alone. Yay for me, haha. A good friend will join me in the craziness of the amazing Edinburgh Fringe Festival and it's just going to be freakin' awesome!

I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday too...!? Tell me some stories here.
We'll keep in contact! <3

Here's my summer pic for July, the lovely Ollie made out of bottles.
(More great pics for August guaranteed after Edinburgh)

Ps. I wanna thank a crazy and lovely friend who is kind enough to drop me at the airport ;] THNX!
