Pretty mailbox, please?

When was the last time you got a real letter/card!?
Like paper where somebody wrote on in an envelope
(for the once who don't know what it is anymore)

Remember the old days when you had pen pals all around the country/world?

I had a pen pal in Germany, the daughter of a Hotel owner we went a lot in that time.
She wrote to me in German so I didn't understand anything haha.
She couldn't even write my name right...

Also I had sticker swop buddies. Every once in a while you sent a sticker to someone and get a sticker back from somebody else. Weird. I was always late of forgot to sent some...

Now I have a new penpal!
Do you still have someone you write to?

I sent her this card. It was fun writing again!

Ofcourse it costs a bit more to sent al the way to Germany.

Now it's time to wait.
How long will it take to get to Münster?
When will I get something back?

You know how with Facebook you can have an imediate reply.
With a letter you don't know how long it might take.

Paitently waiting, everyday checking the mail. It's exciting! Like the old days.

Her first reaction when she got my letter:
"I jumped from joy when i found your letter!"

So, be cool, make somebody smile!
Sent a letter.

It might me oldskool... But it's so much fun!

Byebye letter! Hope to see your reaction soon!

Hear me out!

Sooo I totally LOVE this!

Headphones!

Sadly I only have two of them... An oh so normal Philips boring black headphone, nothing special. really plastic. ->

But a while ago I bought a Skull Candy headphone.
People warned me that the musical quality wasn't that good and they break easily...

But I thought it was an awesome one.

It was a big one, grey/black/white. Sound was ok. But in less than a week I found a new headphone that I wanted, so I sold the Skull Candy to a friend who loved it.

Sadly it broke soon. So what people say is true haha.

Now I have the most brilliant headphone there is!
See it here.
The sound is amazing and I can't do without.

Now the summer is coming, I'll be able to wear it more. Cause I'm afraid that it will die with all the rain and snow here.

It's like a vintage microphone cut into two :]
Loads of people love this one too.

It's a I-mego Headphone, also available in a black/red edition.

So yeah! Set your life to music!! What do you use for your music?
Just normal earplugs?

Or do you have a beauty of a headphone too? Show me!

I still want Urban Ears. Those headphone are classy but stylish. All different colours.

I would love a dark green one like this:

Handy right?!

There are so many!

The only thing holding me from buying thousands of headphones is the money, those cost a lot...

Sorry if I don't hear you when I'm lost in the music!

Derby love

Hi there!

It's Physious Fox.
Another part of me.

I'm having a celebration today!

Last year I told you about Roller Derby.

Quote last year: "Now I've found my sport! Great. Last week I started for real. Let's see how long I can keep doing this. :D"

Well I can tell you! It's exactly ONE YEAR now!!

I'm in love with this sport and the people. It's everything I've been looking for. The speed of being on rollerskates and the action of being whipped and hit all the time.
The Dom City Dolls is MY team <3

The first Bout I saw was on 25 February between AmsterBAM and the Roller Girls of the Apocalypse. Never knew I was gonna play them the same year too.

I was cruising down Holland for all the activities and skated wherever possible. We even had a Drive In Cinema where I helped and the King Cruise Event (picture left)

I still remember the bootcamp I had from Fist Fucker, a player from Sweden. It was a day where I learnt a lot.

And yes I fell, but got up again. Had some pain but went on.

On the 28th of July I finally passed my Minimal Skillz test and got into the team soon after :D

My first REAL Bout was on September 23 in Namur, Belgium.
I was sooo nervous but it was brilliant.
The Skates of Glory tournament.

Oktober 13th was the day I never held possible. We played the Roller Girls of the Apocalypse in Keizerslautern. We won!
And I won the Most Valuably Player Award ;o

I also gave training to the Fresh Meat a couple of times last year.

In december we player One Love Roller Girls in Antwerpen and we had a Bout against Enschede the Eastside RocknRollers for Serious Request. Watch the Video at the end.

This year I enjoyed new friends, a new hobby/sport/addiction, pain, laughter, falls, speed, my team, the games but most of all the experiences of all that comes with Roller Derby.

Some pictures below! <3
